Allows configuration of the replication factor used for the
digest partitions table. Defaults to
2 if the value is not
explicitly set and there is more than one node in the cluster
performing digest.
If necessary, a different default can be explicitly set using
the DEFAULT_DIGEST_REPLICATION_FACTOR environment
variable.
