Action Type: OpsGenie

OpsGenie is an Alert routing and incident management system that works well with LogScale.

You can add the LogScale integration by following the procedure found at this OpsGenie support page Integrate Opsgenie with LogScale.

Back in LogScale, proceed with the following steps:

  1. Open the Repository or View for which you want to configure an Action.

  2. Select Alerts → Action → New Action.

  3. In the Type drop down, select OpsGenie.

  4. Give the Action a name, such as OpsGenie Critical

  5. Paste the API Key from OpsGenie into the OpsGenie API Key field.

  6. Click Create Action.

Your OpsGenie Action is now fully configured and ready to use.
