Provisioning
When you establish an infrastructure that can contain an operating system platform, as well as basic system devices (e.g., network interfaces), this may be called provisioning. This can include also setting how the system, data and resources, will be accessed and by whom.
An example of provisioning is to create a server instance on Amazon AWS. You might use one or more AWS Instances for installing LogScale — either as stand-alone systems, or a cluster of nodes.
