The removeIngestToken() GraphQL mutation may be used to remove an ingest token from LogScale.

To add a new ingest token, use the addIngestTokenV3() mutation. To assign a parser to an ingest token, use the assignParserToIngestTokenV2() mutation. Use unassignIngestToken() to unassign one.

You can use the LogScale UI to add an ingest token, instead of GraphQL API. See the Delete an Ingest Token section of the Ingest Tokens documentation page.

For more information on ingest tokens, see the Ingest Tokens documentation page.

API Stability Long-Term

Syntax

graphql
removeIngestToken(
   repositoryName: string!,
   name: string!
): BooleanResultType!

You'll have to give the name of the repository, and the name of the ingest token to delete. Click on Show Query above to get a list of ingest tokens.

For the results, you'll receive confirmation if successful through a simple parameter. See the Returned Datatype section.

Given Datatype

For the input, you'll have to give the name of the repository, and the name of the ingest token to delete. Click on the Show Query link above the Syntax section for an example of how to get a list of ingest tokens.

Table: Input Using Standard Datatypes

Parameter Type Required Default Description
name string yes   The name of the ingest token to remove.
repositoryName string yes   The name of the repository.

Returned Datatype

For this datatype, the only result is whether the mutation was successful or not. The table below describes this:

Table: BooleanResultType

Some arguments may be required, as indicated in the Required column. For return datatypes, this indicates that you must specify which fields you want returned in the results.
