LogCollectorConfigurationAssignmentType is an enumerated list to specify whether something was added or removed, or wasn't changed at all.

This enumerated datatype is used by the datatype, LogCollectorConfigInfo. That datatype is used by two other datatypes: LogCollectorDetails, which is used by the getLogCollectorDetails() query field; and LogCollector, which is used by other datatypes and ultimately by the searchFleet() query field.
