RemoteTableStaticRequirement is a datatype for the requirement for statically allowing or disallowing search using the associated connection.

This datatype is used by the AccessRequirementInput and ultimately by the mutation field, createRemoteTableConfig() to create remote table configurations, and updateRemoteTableConfig() to update them.
