Summary
Temporarily disable deletes of events from the ingest queue to allow recovering events skipped in the queue due to the above infinite loop problem.
Revert default Regex engine from jitrex to RE2J. jitrex has a case where it may loop infinitely and this will break the digest pipeline if this happens in a live query.
