Sets the bucket name to be used for Azure bucket storage. For example:

AZURE_STORAGE_REGION=$BUCKET_REGION
During disaster recovery, set this variable to a new, empty
container in the recovery region. Set
AZURE_RECOVER_FROM_BUCKET to the container that
holds the old cluster's data, such as a replica of the primary
container.
Do not set this variable to a replica of the primary container. The replica contains the old cluster's global snapshot, which the new cluster cannot use. This setup is not supported.
