Initial and key users
For self-hosted deployments, LogScale provides several user account types with different access levels and purposes.
Single-user authentication provides basic security and is ideal when first starting with LogScale. This mode is recommended for learning and initial setup.
Root users have full system administrator privileges for the LogScale cluster, including the ability to manage other users and perform administrative tasks.
Emergency users provide local access when identity provider issues occur, ensuring continued access to the LogScale cluster during authentication problems.
