Sensitive events are automatically tagged with #sensitive="true" and include changes to user permissions, data deletion, retention settings, and system configuration. These events are subject to extended retention policies (200 years) to ensure permanent audit trails for regulatory compliance and cannot be modified once logged to maintain audit trail integrity.
