Getting Started and User Interface Tutorial

LogScale is a platform designed to store log management information so that you can query and make decisions about security, performance and resilience by studying and reporting on the contents of the log files. The stored data can be used by SecOps for monitoring security and infrastructure, SysAdmins, DevOps and many others.

LogScale can ingest, aggregate, and analyze massive volumes of streaming log data from a wide array of sources at petabyte scale. LogScale is supported by a rich User Interface with the ability to aggregate data, create alerts, visualize streaming data, and perform system monitoring, all using customizable dashboards and workflows.

This User Interface is supported by an API that enables automation for creating, ingesting and querying data and managing the LogScale platform.

We want to ensure you have everything you need to get started - this UI tutorial will:

  • Introduce LogScale's functionalities, user interface and where to find basic tools

  • Explain common concepts like alerts, permissions, etc.
