There have been reports of browser extensions will cause the LogScale User Interface to slow. Browser extensions like LastPass for Google Chrome and other plug-ins will scan or modify the web page.

Basically, the extensions think they need to inspect the full page for every change to the page. This can be a problem since LogScale changes plenty of content on the User Interface page.

Unless a particular browser extension is critical, we suggest that you disable all browser plugins related to LogScale pages. This should resolve the problem. If not, it may be a problem with your network connection or your local machine, such a lacking in hard-drive space or not enough memory.
