Fixed a bug in the disk queue that caused deadlocks in Falcon LogScale Collector and incorrect checkpointer advancement for unifiedlog, journald, and wineventlog sources during shutdown or configuration reload, which could potentially result in skipped re-transmissions when there were outstanding acks.
