Landing pages provide curated entry points to documentation organized by role, task, or product area. Each landing page groups related content into logical learning paths with visual badges indicating content type and difficulty level.

Using Landing Pages

Landing pages are accessible from the main documentation homepage and from the navigation menu. Each landing page presents:

  • Role-based paths โ€” Content organized for specific user roles such as analysts, administrators, or developers

  • Task-based groups โ€” Related documentation grouped by common tasks like deployment, data ingestion, or query writing

  • Visual badges โ€” Each link displays badges showing content type (guide, reference, tutorial) and difficulty level (beginner, intermediate, advanced)

  • Security indicators โ€” Some content may show security badges indicating cloud-only or self-hosted-only availability

Select a landing page that matches your role or task to see a curated view of relevant documentation.

Understanding Badges

Badges help you quickly identify the type and difficulty of content:

  • Content Type Badges:

    • GUIDE โ€” Step-by-step procedures and configuration instructions

    • REFERENCE โ€” Detailed technical specifications, parameter lists, and API documentation

    • TUTORIAL โ€” Interactive learning paths with hands-on examples

    • CONCEPT โ€” Explanatory content about how features work

    • API โ€” REST or GraphQL API endpoint documentation

    • TROUBLESHOOTING โ€” Problem diagnosis and resolution guides

  • Difficulty Level Badges:
