Guided Workflows

Guided workflows provide structured, step-by-step learning paths through complex topics. Each workflow breaks down a major task or learning goal into manageable steps with clear progression indicators.

Using Guided Workflows

Access guided workflows from the Guided Workflows page. Each workflow provides:

  • Clear objectives โ€” Each workflow states what you'll learn or accomplish

  • Sequential steps โ€” Content is organized in a logical learning sequence

  • Progress tracking โ€” Subscribe to a workflow to track your progress through its steps

  • Visual badges โ€” Like landing pages, workflows use badges to indicate content type and difficulty

Subscribing to Workflows

Subscribe to guided workflows to track your learning progress:

  1. From the Guided Workflows page, select a workflow

  2. Click Subscribe to add the workflow to your subscriptions

  3. Access your subscribed workflows from the User Preferences menu by selecting My Guided Workflows

  4. Mark steps as complete as you work through the workflow

  5. Your progress is saved in your browser and persists across sessions

Workflow subscriptions are stored in your browser's local storage and are specific to the device and browser you use. They are not synced across devices.
