The url of the CrowdStrike Intel API server that LogScale
downloads the database of IOCs (indicators of compromise) from.
Can be used if you have your own API key for the CrowdStrike
Intel API. Set the client id and client secret of the API key
using IOC_CROWDSTRIKE_API_CLIENT_ID and
IOC_CROWDSTRIKE_API_CLIENT_SECRET.
Do not set if IOC_UPDATE_SERVER_URL is set.
