Option	`REJECT_INGEST_ON_PARSER_EXCEEDING_FRACTION`
Description	Fraction threshold that determines when to reject ingest operations if a parser is exceeding its allocated resources. When parser resource usage exceeds this fraction of its allocation, new ingest operations will be rejected.
Default	`0.85`
