Troubleshooting: Menu Item Missing

Sometimes menu items will be missing from the LogScale User Interface. There have been reports of browser extensions such as uBlock Origin and other plug-ins that modify the page remove or hide parts of the User Interface.
Try disabling all of your browser extensions for the LogScale User Interface and see if the issue still occurs. If the problem is resolved, you could then re-enable the extensions one at a time until the problem returns. This will help you to identify which browser extension is causing it.
Once you know which extension is causing the problem, you can decide if you don't need this extension with LogScale. If you do, notify the Crowdstrike LogScale Support Department. We might be able to change the specific element in the LogScale page so it won't be filtered by the browser extension.
