Operational Testing

Test the operational aspects of your LogScale cluster with the following suggestions.

Check the overall statistics for the cluster.

Monitoring Packages - Install and view the following packages:

  1. Insights Package.

  2. Activity package.

Other tests:

  1. Make config changes - for example, enable or disable feature flags.

  2. Test a node restart (depends on how you've installed LogScale).

  3. Test an upgrade of the LogScale version.

  4. Disaster Recovery - if needed, simulate disaster recovery using Start a new LogScale cluster based on another with buckets.
